This is an individual language coaching program with content tailored to the participant’s level, training needs, and final language objectives. The program is designed to enhance both professional and personal performance by strengthening the learner’s resources, personal abilities, and competencies.
Trainers will introduce a range of specific learning techniques aimed at developing stress management tools to increase personal effectiveness and improve professional relationships, while also helping participants acquire and consolidate effective problem-solving and negotiation vocabulary in the target language.

The language coach acts as a facilitator, supporting managers and leaders in their role as key players on the international stage. The participant is at the center of the language training process—the main driver of their own learning—supported by the language coach, who guides them not only in reflecting on their potential but also in taking responsibility for their own language development.
